Jun. 15th, 2011 09:55 amI did 25 minutes on the treadmill. One notch faster than I have been doing.
And then I did 5 minutes on the sit up bike. For the first time in 4 weeks I have no scab on any knee. Yahoo! So I figure it's time to start bending the knees and ankles. 5 minutes on the bike tells me I have been gone a long time. The 5 minutes felt like 50 and I was going flat, no hills and at speeds 4 and 2. Pitiful.
I am going to Marci's class tomorrow. Even if I can't do all of it, I can at least do some.
