Muffins made. This time I went with 12 eggs, about 1 1/2 cups half and half, about 1 1/2 cups bisquix, liberal cayenne and 4 cups shredded cheeses. I have been putting meat in them - sausage or ham, but I decided to go a capella this time... This made 19 muffins. Uncomfortable with the odd number, I ate one. It was quite delicious. Breakfasts for 3 weeks + are now done.

Then I made what promises to be the very best chicken salad Ev.Er. Cutup leftover fried chicken boob, chooped green onions, celery, apple and hard boiled egg, mayo, salt and pepper. I'm letting it 'steep'.

so ...

these go into the freezer until you're ready to use them? and then, into the microwave?

I will second that they are great -- I've been making these since I first saw the recipe (either here or from [livejournal.com profile] joyce, can't remember). They freeze fabulously and are great for taking lunch to work.

How long and at what heat do you bake these? They sound like the perfect breakfast treat for a friend and I'd love to give them a try.

I think you should be uncomfortable with partial dozens and eat six more.

With gluten-free bisquik sitting on my shelf all accusatory, I think I know what I'm doing with it!
