Jun. 20th, 2011 10:05 amToday I did a full 30 minutes with the more difficult elevation program at 2.7. It was pretty good.
My one leg still has spots of pain when you poke at it and I banged up the knee again this weekend in a car mishap so proper kneeling is probably still 6 weeks away, but it's so much better than it was. I'm still pretty conscience of every step. Not so much on the treadmill but for sure in the wild. Thankgod at least my bones are obviously in pretty good shape or they'd be like pretzel crumbs in the bottom of the bag by now.
