Whew... break time

I got the kitchen cleaned up and then sat down and had a thought... since I have my car on the same level as the garage, this presents an excellent opportunity to load it up with stuff for the Goodwill (without having to make a million trips up and down steps to the lower garage where my car usually lives.

I have one whole cabinet on the terrace that is pretty much nothing but Goodwill fodder. So I got a cart that the condo keeps in the garage and filled it up and then took it down and loaded the trunk. Nice! Getting it from the trunk to the Goodwill is the easy part. I can do that anytime (except today since there are 498,876,763 people outside on the street.

Then for good measure, I came back up with the cart and grabbed some stuff out of the other cabinet and a couple of large empty boxes. I'll take those all down after this short break.

I fired up some quick Keurig iced tea (love, love, love that feature) and now I'm resting, sipping and watching my brother dissect someone's CPU in Texas.

Ok, break time over. I want to take this last load down and then do some work work this afternoon to get a start on next week.

I guess I don't know about the Keurig iced tea feature!!!?!?

Also - I am always looking for twin sheets in good condition - so if you know of any that might be diverted from Goodwill, I will pay for shipping.

There are actually two good ways to make iced tea in my Keurig. One is the old fashioned way - tea bags in cup, hot water (no k-cup). But you have to wait for it to get stupid... The one I like best is using a tea k-cup - there's even a couple especially for iced tea but the regular tea k-cups work great, too. I put ice cubes in my iced tea mug and hit the button... instant iced tea. It's a miracle.
