Panzanella (Italian Bread Salad)
Spaghetti and Meatballs with garlic bread and caesar salad
Enchiladas Verdes
Balsamic Vinegar Chicken with wild mushrooms and red potatoes
Shrimp salad with baby baguettes
I had the shrimp salad for dinner - crispy romaine, hard boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, capers bathed in a fabulous remoulade. Oh so good.

As if Google+ is not sucking up enough of my time, I've now found a wonderful jigsaw puzzle site. For years I made my own jigsaw puzzles and posted them on my website. But, the best software I found was really annoying and the puzzle volume made upkeep just too much for moi. But, I love jigsaw puzzles. Travis would never allow me to do a real one...
The JigsawPuzzle.Com has lots of great puzzles, a way to make your own, and a way to save your puzzles midway through. I downloaded the puzzles but I like the website version better and I can do it from any computer. A time sucker for sure.
