I always tivo baseball games and generally start watching about 30 minutes or so into it. Invariably, I'll get distracted and won't even fast forward through the commercials, with a few exceptions. There are some ads that are more annoying than fingernails on blackboards (does that still work? or aren't there enough blackboards and old people left to make it meaningful?).

Anywho, I do savor the FF when one of those commercials that is either inherently annoying or that I've seen so many times that it's burned a rut in my brain.

Even if we have to record a NASCAR race and watch it later, we tend to watch the commercials. They do a good job of having funny, catchy commercials featuring the drivers. During races is the only time I actually enjoy the commercials! :-)

How did you like tonight's Mariners' Game?

My brother and I were there in Oakland. Kind of behind home plate on the first base side in the 2nd level.

Wow. You got a good game. I was enjoying it until the bottom of the 9th. But I got happy again in the 10th :)
