Jul. 11th, 2011 10:00 amToday I did my old triathlon. 10 mins on the treadmill. 10 mins on the elliptical and 10 mins on the sit up bike.
I had not been on the elliptical or bike since my first fall last May. I could tell but it was ok. What was not ok was the guy I could see from every machine doing absolutely perfect squats on a bosu. Then doing complicated side lunges. Anyone who makes me feel like a slacker while I'm working out is a triple meanie.
