susandennis30 minutes on the treadmill. No cheating. Not horrible but I didn't love it either.
For my last 10 minutes a guy hopped up on the treadmill next to me - one of the tallest people I'd ever seen (and I once dated a guy who was 6'11"). His elbow was at my eye level and I had the treadmill elevated to 3. He was also very easy on the eyes but that could have been the altitude. I'd never seen him in there before. Hope he's a new regular.
