Since I'm now starting week 4 without a visit from the housecleaner, I've been really using my cordless stick vacuum and every time I grab it, I appreciate again how wonderful it is.

I went through many. I bought cheap ones, I bought expensive ones. All had issues. Difficult to charge, difficult to empty, fell apart on 3rd use, just didn't suck.

My need for one isn't that critical very often. I used to need one to fill in where Roomba couldn't or was just too lazy to go. But then, when I retired Roomba and got the house cleaner, I only needed one to fill in now and again.

Finally, I found the Hoover Linx. It's just good. It's easy to charge, easy to store, easy to handle, easy to empty and it sucks.

I keep it next to the hot water heater. I put the batter charger on top of the hot water heater. The stick tells you how much battery is left which is great. I end up charging it about twice a year. (I've had it about a year.) Both cats are afraid of it which tells you that it is a real vacuum cleaner.

And... when my British friends suggest a Hoovering, I have an actual Hoover to use!

---

I feel so amazingly better today than I did yesterday. I'm shocked. I have tons of energy today and have gotten way more done than I even intended to do. I do not know what yesterday's bout of whatever was, but I am so glad it's totally gone. I like this way better.

You said you were light headed which could have been due to low BP - any chance you took extra BP medicine by mistake?
