I'm actually kind of surprised at what a giant hole is gnawed into my day by no LJ.

I bought my plane tickets for CES. I very nearly bought the wrong day home. After years and years of holding he damn thing Thursday-Sunday, they moved it this year to Tuesday-Friday. And even though I've only been one year, the Thursday-Sunday thing was in my brain. Happily, I had already ordered up a room so I could check those reservations. I leave here Monday morning and get back Thursday night. Non-stops both ways.

I am going to sell my iPad. First, however, I'm going to use an Android tablet and make sure it will do what I want. An Asus Transformer. Assuming it will, the iPad goes. I'm so over iTunes. Every single time it wants to update or do anything, if I don't have to plug it into my computer, then I have to jump through 4 hoops in that stupid Apple browser that I hate and unlock my account. I'm done. Apple, do not let the door hit you in the butt. Actually, I'm fine if it does. Just get out and stay out.

Dinah the painter comes tomorrow morning. I need to get all the stuff out of the bathroom. Happily she did not mention removing the towel rack, etc. So I'm not going to. But I will move my toothbrush. I don't want coral teeth.

I was wrong about the Mariners having a day off. They will lose again... starting in 40 minutes.

I'm quite happy with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, as an FYI. It has pretty much replaced my iPad 1 (though there are a few things I prefer on iPad still).

Second, are you aware of this $100 coupon (http://cdn.androidcentral.com/sites/androidcentral.com/files/postimages/79186/staples-tablet-coupon.png)? It's good for almost any tablet in the store. I'm pretty sure it includes the transformer.
