Aug. 12th, 2011 09:18 amToday was a triple play... 15 mins on the treadmill, 10 mins on the elliptical and 5 mins on the sit up bike. All were using the spiked intervals program... climb up for x amount of time, go flat for x amount of time, repeat.
It was ok and I am very very sweaty. Next up is a shower.
