Once again my fridge and freezer are deliciously full. This time I asked her to make me up some potato side dishes. I like the occasional steak or chop just seasoned and broiled with a salad and potatoes. So she did. Instead of one of the entres she made three potato dishes.

Potatoes Gratin
Mashed Potatoes
Mustard Seed Golden Potato Fingers

Beef Stroganoff with Green Bean Shallot Salad
Breaded Pan Fried Pork Medellions with Roasted Radishes and Sugar Snap Peas
Shrimp Remoulade and Salad with Baby Baguettes
Chicken Marsala with Creamy Orzo Pasta

It all looks (and smells) amazing.

Sounds wonderful except for...roasted radishes? I feel my brain expanding.

They made the NYT!

Who knew? Well, obviously you did, but I sure didn't. Will try it soon.

If you have any of the potato fingers left over, slice them 1/4" thick and dress them with olive oil and lemon juice. Taste them to see if you need salt or pepper. Eat them cold.

Good thing I'm not up there, your pork medallions would be in danger. :)
