I'm just burning up the gas...

susandennisI have used up a half tank of gas since Wednesday!!! That's more than I usually use up in 2 months.
I'm finding all kinds of fun things in this town. I was coming back from breakfast this morning and detoured to return a CD to the library in Queen Anne when I passed this car. It was smaller than mine! I circled back to get a picture and by that time the owner was coming out of the church it was parked in front of. It's a 1957 BMW! It's adorable.
That's the owner guy in the shot. It's a real gas car. It has a bench seat for two. but little else. My car looked huge and luxurious next to it. But it sure was cute.
The library drop off was closed so I continued on to downtown where I had my first Smart Car only parking joy. There was a teeny space between the last car and the corner - ONLY the Smart Car could have fit. I popped in there - much to the amusement of the people on the sidewalk and then ran over and put my CD in the return slot. I feel like the car did a sweet little fist pump.
Game on now and bear knitting will be interspersed with laundryng. Happy Sunday!
