Swim report

susandennisI was waiting waiting waiting for my new swim suits from Lands End and the mail man delivered them just in the nick of time!
Today there was no deep end class and the shallow end class is too crowded, too chatty, and not workouty enough. So I thought maybe I could stay in the deep end and still follow the instructor a little and at least get the beat from the music. Turns out my plan semi kinda worked a little bit. I could pretty much follow the instructor but it didn't work so well to replicate in the deep end. And, the music was pretty beatless.
So I kind of did my own thing which was ok but I need to shore up 'my own thing' I need to come up with 45 minutes of workout that I can remember, that are challenging and that are redoable. Or, I need to find a new place for M/W/F.
My new suits fit ok. Can't really ask for much more than that with a body like mine. I am rotund but with a twist. In no universe would you call me buxom. I was nice an teaspoonfull sized until I got good and fat and then I crew me what would have been called a nice set of knockers on the prefat body. But, they didn't keep up. I pour myself into one of these suits and look down into the bra cups and there is room to carry both lunch and dinner. It's like having my own set of overhead bins. Hil.Ar.I.Ous.
I wore one of the new suits and it worked fine. I'll wear the other tomorrow morning to the jog class.
