Swim report

susandennisAhhhhh after swimming, things are always so much better. Mantrell did not work us as hard as usual today for some reason and when he started the breathing stuff (which is how he ends the class), my perception was that we still had about 15 minutes left!
In the gym, I used to watch the seconds drag by. There's a clock at the pool but I forget to look.
Now I am home and enjoying a fabulous chicken salad. Work did not explode while I was gone and all is good.

Date: 2011-09-27 08:47 pm (UTC)but, there was, in the lane next to the class a guy swimming that when he stopped swimming an stood up, offered eye candy that probably put 10 pounds right on me. of no interest to you, i'm sure but it was a treat for me!
