The next time I get one of those express mail things I'm going to do it. Your experience seems relatively painless so far.

Yes, for the refi. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop - for someone to call and say, 'ok, we've got everything we need except your kidney - as soon as you send that, we're good.'

It's really been an amazing experience so far. And I'm shocked.

I will say this, the first time I called after getting one of the things in the mail, the guy sounded sleezy from hello. (That was more than a year ago.)

This time the guy sounded professional and nice and clear and good all the way through....

So maybe next time, call and see if you get Sleezy or Good :)
