I now have 12 puzzles on My Puzzle Page!!!

Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] kjaz, and [livejournal.com profile] kyrielle and [livejournal.com profile] nt and [livejournal.com profile] ruralrob and [livejournal.com profile] iiiathenaiii for letting me use their pictures.

And if that wasn't the big news... the Mariners just tied the game with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th!!! I would say sorry, [livejournal.com profile] rsc but you know I would be lying.

The puzzle page looks great. I don't have much skill (or interest) in jigsaw puzzles, but I was able to solve the marbles one -- after clicking "Fetch Neighbor" about fifty times. Hah!

I heard the cheers from the ball park, and one of my neighbors shouted with joy in that way that only sports fans can when their teams pull out a tough game. I don't think I have many mariners fans in my building, so I figured it was Boston.

I guessed it was a good game - there was a lot of cheering all afternoon. Even the National Anthem sounded okay - no unnecessary ornaments.

We did see the blimp, but that was fairly early on - perhaps even before the game started.

We'll go out tomorrow, and try to wave at the blimp. Look for us in the park, just a short distance from the ball park. You'll see the gardens, we'll be behind them, waving at the blimp.

Actually tomorrow's game is the ESPN Sunday night game at 8PM DST.

Wow, I'm sure glad you said something because my schedule shows 11:05!

I think for games at this stage of the season ESPN doesn't decide which game to carry until pretty late, since they don't know ahead of time which ones will matter. My guess (i'm too lazy to go downstairs to look) is that our schedule says 2:05 with as asterisk (and a footnote about how the game might be at 8:05).

It is wise to not speak so soon!

This is coming along really well - and I see you still haven't lost your marbles . . .
