Another day, another complaint

susandennisBeverly gave me the flu shot in one arm and the pneumonia shot in the other. The flu arm is fine but the pneumonia arm feels like someone beat it. I kept rolling over on it last night and waking up. I am always such a good sleeper but I totally sucked at it last night. So today I have, not only a sore arm but gritty eyes. Oh and a runny nose. Grrrrrrr
I got a poorly worded, typo ridden email this morning from the refinance guy. He says he needs a verbal verification of my employment. Once he has that we can close Friday or Monday and he'll send a notary public here sometime between 9 am and 7:30 pm. I will be glad to get this over with. It has not been horrible but it has been annoying.
Sheri, the interior designer, is coming over with plans/ideas for the living room redesign on Wednesday. I'm looking forward to seeing what she's got. I have not committed to doing anything yet but unless her ideas really suck and/or really cost way too much or take for.freakin.ever to complete, I'm pretty sure I'm in.
Chef Anita is coming today. She's always so on time and reliable and dependable and consistent and pleasant to be around. It's a joy to have her and a real joy to have her fill my freezer!
I have swimming at noon and a conf call at 1 and, other than that, not much else going on. I need to fix a knitting pattern I wrote and republish it. That may well be a good project for today.
I'm still planning on starting the 3 weeks of heads down work tomorrow but I can't do it without a password reset and, apparently, there is an issue with that so that's kind of an up in the air thing now. If they get it resolved today, great. If not...
And that's all I know. At least right now.
