Thursday treat

susandennisMy housecleaner comes every other Thursday. Sometimes she brings me treats. Often they are delicious and fun. She is from Bosnia and onetime she brought me Bosnia Teriyai Chicken. It was good! Last time and today she brought me a tuna sandwich. The most spectacular tuna sandwich known to man. Perfect mix of tuna and mayo... a ripe red tomato (no clue where in the hell she got one of those in this part of the country this time of year) and crisp green lettuce on fabulous bread. Seriously, seriously delicious. I just ate half of this week's. I'm saving the other half for after swimming.
My lungs/airways/whatever are still not perfect. It's weird and frustrating. I still have lots of the inhaler left and am still using it.
Up early early this morning to tackle work and I've been able to get a lot done. Enough so that I won't feel like I have to cut swimming short. I still get so tickled when I consider that I do not have to go to the gym and get to go swimming.
The notary public called about the closing. Not the brightest bulb in the shop. By a long shot. Should be fun. I do not live in a difficult to find place but I bet you a dime to donuts she will be late because she will be lost. She said she would 'print out a Mapquest and I bet that will help me.' Oh yeah, great fun. No worries. My expectations are scraping the ground. 2:30 on Tuesday.
Now I'm off - quick library stop to pick up a hold and then on to the pool.
