I've been using my own domain name for email now for about 5 years and, therefore, have managed to get on every spam list. I feel so included. I run all my email through SpamCop. It grabs the email off my POP server, runs it through about 5 filters and sends the (mostly) clean stuff on to me. About 3 times a day I pop over to their website to clean out the junk. I log on and I'm given a list of all the email that did not make it through the filters. Now, keep in mind, I cleaned this out at 11 p.m. last night.

By 7 a.m. this morning I had:

  • 2 offers to increase the size of my penis (one by 2 inches and one by 3.5 inches)
  • 3 offers to make a fortune working at home
  • 6 offers of various financial (mortgages, loans, etc. deals)
  • 1 free cellphone
  • 2 offering miscellaneous porn
  • 7 just plain miscellaneous or I couldn't tell.

I do not look at any of these - the above information is just from the subject lines. You gotta believe that these emails are working - someone is sending money to make their penis 3.6 inches longer. If they weren't working, they wouldn't be sending them.

It's pretty sad when you think about it.
