I think I'm getting the feel of this not-smoking thing. I've assigned numbers to cravings.
1-5 = low... I can distract myself and get over it
6-8 = medium... This could start to be trouble
9-10 = severe... You might want to get out of my way, I'm going to drag
A lot of today was 9 and 10 until I had that mid-afternoon couple of drags. Then it went right down to 1. After work, it hovered around 1 and 2 until now when it's about a 6. I could step out and have a couple of drags but I don't think I will. I think I'll just go to bed and read some instead.
