susandennisEven more progress with the engineering team on their website. I finsihed up the job and sent the style sheet that I wanted them to use over and crossed my fingers. Apparently, I did good cause now they are coming over and making suggestions to make it even better. And they asked me if I'd redesign the first screen for them. Yahoo!!! My manager and the sales team are going to be so thrilled when they see it. Phase one is going into Sunday's build and the rest will be incorporated next month. I'm quite proud.
This has been a good week. I'm counting it over because I'm taking tomorrow afternoon off. My original 'deal' was to end when my manager left to have the baby which happened Saturday (a day after her due date - how ever effiecient - Luke). But, heck, I'm going to keep doing it until someone complains. I have tons of PTO (paid time off) accumulated so why the heck not?
My new humidifier came today. It's got a 'glow' light - a blue light that shines through the water tank. Kind to nifty looking. In the winter my bedroom gets so dry that I can hardly breathe. This winter with not smoking and a new humidifier I'll be breathing all over the place - with a cool new glow light to boot.
The last home baseball game of the season is on right now. Kind of sad. It's a while until Spring training. But, I am ready to spend some quality time with the new TV season. I have both VCRs and TIVO recording it all. I may just give some of it a watch tonight.
