susandennisToday is the perfect day to launch my Fridays off. It just sucked like a brand new Hoover. The management team managed to take a rather complex project and fuck it over so it is nearly impossible and then tell me, 'oh it will be easy to do... won't take any time at all.' So let's just pile it up and then tell you that a monkey could do it, why can't you???? Love it.
But, now I am home. The air conditioner is blasting and baseball is back!! I am going to use the game to work on my attitude.
Tomorrow is back to Costco with lobster in view... But, that's after a leisurely wake up - coffee and newspaper reading in bed, etc.

(still 94 degrees at 5:30 PM) The problem this week is the humidity. As you say, we didn't "sign up" for humidity in Southern California. (never a mosquito around and we can sit outside at night without being enclosed by screens)
Humidity is 42% now..highly unusual and unwelcome.

On the downside, we dont have "lightening bugs" either. I've gotten spoiled with the lack of humidity..so when it crops up, I'm indignant. The respite of AC helps. (interesting comparing regional areas)
Enjoy your leisurely coffee in the morning...something I've learned to relish as well, during my recent medical leave.
