susandennisI have my LJ Friends list organized into abut 9 different lists. I have a web page that has a link to each of these lists. So when I am ready to catch up with my friends, I click on the particular list I want. For instance, I have all my communities in one list. So when I want to read only the updates to the community journals on my Friends list, I just click on the Communities link. Etc....
Every once in a while, like today, the URL to get to a specific group only doesn't work. It throws every entry from everyone in my friends list into one big bucket. It's interesting but it's disconcerting so someone who's routines are so encased in concrete. It was lunch time when I was checking and I got totally involved. While LJ was still screwed up, I went to friendsoffirends which is all the friends of all my friends.... Really interesting and way more reading than I had lunch for - and a reminder that I need to fix my friends page to put in a skip link... Fun.
