Xupiter??????????

susandennisSo... this morning I'm catching up - computer stuff - posting book reviews, adding album page so my friend Jon can see pix of Betty, updating anti-virus software, just generally doing harmless computer shit when ATTACK!! All of a sudden my IE home page was changed and I had a toolbar called Xupiter. I did a little search and that Xupiter shit was all over my brand new computer!!! Something I touched this morning turned to shit.
Fortunately I had time to screw with it so I googled around and discovered that Ad-Aware is the best fix so I got the latest version and read all the forum tips (run the sucker from safe mode) and obliterated it. Ad-Aware found it in 22 different places on my computer!
I usually hear about these things before they get me but I had never heard of this piece of crap before. Wild. GRRRR It makes me not happy. But, it's gone now, happily.
