Best I can tell, Bill and Trey are off now collecting Mom from the hospital. After the initial excellent report of yesterday, Bill kind of backtracked a little. He says to get around, she'll have to have a walker for the apartment and a scooter for getting to the bar, dining room, mail room, car, etc. Fortunately, we can rent both right there and he's working on getting that done today. He's going to try and go home and back to work today and leave Trey there for Mom.He did report this morning that he got a voice message from the bartender. This guy is about 25 and madly in love with Mom. Bill says that Jon (bartender) called to tell Trey that if there was any tiny little thing he could do to help, to let him know. Oh and not to worry if Mom is cranky - that she gets that way when she doesn't feel well.
Ya gotta love an 81 year old woman who's bartender knows her so well...
In other news, the promised rain has, so far, been about 2 spits worth. The highs for the next several days is not supposed to get above the mid-60's which is fabulous. But, a little wet wouldn't hurt either.

Glad she's heading home and will be getting settled back in.
