Still no snow

susandennisWhile we get cold-ish weather, I am at sea level so this subject line is pretty much perenial. Sigh.
I have a meeting about Mr. Important's project for an hour and a half this morning. If I wasn't taking the afternoon off, said meeting would be cruel and unusual punishment. But, it's Friday, there's free pizza for lunch and I am taking the afternoon off so I think I'm going to use the meeting to think cruel and unusual thoughts.
No word from Dickhead about the refinance. I'm as shocked as the rest of you.
I'm off to Costco this afternoon. I heard they have Clementines which would be heaven. But, I also need coffee and meat.
Clementines, for those who might not know, are the world's most perfect tangerines. They come from Spain. Last year our government wouldn't let them into the U.S. - Medflies. But, the ban was lifted on October 15 of this year. However, if you live in Arizona, California, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territory you are SOL this year.
I'm not a big fruit person but these suckers are heaven. If I can't have snow, maybe a good Spanish tangerine will help... Off to a conference room to think cruel and unusual thoughts. I'll try not to share after.
