susandennisMy Mom's 80's birthday is in February. I am sending her and six of her friends to an elegant restaurant for dinner in a limo. It's going to cost probably about a grand. I made the mistake of asking my brother and sister if they would like to do this with me. My brother said sure. My sister is making sure that her participation pisses me off as much as possible. Essentially all she has to do is send money. I know she has it.
I am now, as of this moment, letting it go ... if she sends the money, great. If not, fuck her. I am the executor of Mom's will. I'll get the cash one way or the other. I am not going to stress about her any more. I am not. No matter what you say.
I am going to stress about the invitation. I have a photo of Mom that looks just like her that I took at Thanksgiving. I've been messing with it to use as some kind of representation on the invitation. I think I'm getting close to a version I can live with.
