susandennisNight before last - in the middle of the night - I was awakened by a loud and wild cat fight on my bed. They were really going at it. Jumping up and down and squealing. I suspect someone said something to start it and I don't think that someone was Jake. I kicked them off and went back to sleep.
Betty has been more rambunctious than usual recently. Especially in the mornings. She'll run back and forth. She chases toys everywhere. The other night I got into bed and found three cat toys in there.
In the evenings, Jake will be napping - which is not only his passion, it's also his best skill. And she'll go over and start licking his head and then just swat him. Then they are into it. She starts it every time.
This morning, Betty was all over my face. Paw up nose, Walking all over me. I ignored her for a pretty good while but finally gave up.
Just now, she walks over to the coffee table where I have pothos growing in a vase of water (about a quart and a half of water, actually). She reaches up a paw and pulls the vase over where it empties on to the floor. Nice.
I think she's trying to tell me something... wonder what it is?
