Borrowing Trouble

susandennisThis sales meeting tomorrow and Thursday is bad enough but I am making it so much worse. I wish I could learn to just put it out of my mind, deal with the 16 hours of torture as they happen and then move on. Instead I have to stress and worry about it for a good week ahead of time. When do we think I will grow up?
On the up side, my ability to raise my eyebrows painlessly is coming back. My head hurts less and less. It looks disgusting but my wonderful wig has saved that day.
And I got my new wig today but I sent it right back. It's a great style but the color was wrong - way too dark. I was looking for sandy or brown with blond highlights. I got dark chocolate. My wig place is good about returns so it's ok.
And that's it for a report. My buddy, Kenny has promised to have a laptop for me to use at the meeting so I should be able to at least read LJ and post. Hopefully. And I have my Spider Solitaire game zipped and on my website for emergency downloading. And, I have my web-enabled phone for backup - may give LJWap a try.
Now I'm going to the couch to watch some tv and knit and chill.
