Distractions

susandennisI am now concentrating on TV and here's a report. I just watched the new Dragnet which I fully expected to suck since all the critics said it did. Well, guess who was wrong? It didn't suck. It's not fabulous but it's more interesting than a lot of other stuff on TV. Oh and I just watched that new comedy, A.U.S.A. and it's not so bad either.
Your suggestions and sympathy about work are all good and all welcome. These kind of times are the times when I really think being so solo is not as good as having someone around. Funny how I rarely think that at all. I am so used to doing stuff on my own by myself with only myself and no one else that I rarely think about how it would be different if there were someone else.
But, you know what? LJ makes a nice someone else. Now, there are probably at least several of you who think that is just pitiful, but I don't. I think it's nice. Thank you.
Mom still isn't good but she did call the doctor who told her to take Moltrin and call back if she was worse. There is absolutely nothing I can do except wish she felt better. So I'm doing that.
Boy, I am really Wallowing Wanda today, aren't I? Maybe you'd better move on to the next one on your friends list. I'll be fine. Everyone has to have an off day and I'm just taking mine today.
