Ok, my stocks are going down again and it's beginning to piss me off. My original $2,000 worth of Tivo, Federated Stores and Krispy Kreme, had climbed back up to $3,500 earlier this year. Lately they've been on the way to $3,000 again! NO! Stop! Today was $3,095. That's plenty low enough. Thank you.

I have reading about people having trouble accessing LJ and making comments and have, honestly, been feeling rather superior about the whole thing since outside of the occassional userpics missing, I haven't had any trouble. Until just now when I went to comment on minimac's entry and LJ wouldn't let me! The nerve!! It's probably because she gave me credit for inspiring her back to exercise and everyone knows that there is no way I deserve credit for any exercise of any kind... Kind of creepy to know that LJ is making content decisions!

Remember those horrible horrible horrible quarterly sales meetings that I am forced to sit through and, therefore, force you guys to hear me bitch about them? Well, the next one is coming up in mid-October and it looks like there's a chance I might not have to go!! Whahooooooo

We need rain, please. It's getting dusty and dirty again. There is something very wrong about a dry Seattle.

Baseball is making me nuts. I'm sure, now, that the Mariners are not going to make it to the playoffs but it's not final and they keep winning just enough to evade the final decision. It's torturous.

My housecleaner is scheduled to come tomorrow. She's not a slave to the schedule so I never know for sure but there seem to be more than the usual number of furballs calling her name tonight. Jake and Betty have been working overtime to ensure she stays employed.

Hey....don't cheat yourself! Starting any kind of exercise program...not to mention staying with it...deserves credit (especially if you've never been in the habit to begin with...it's much easier to be lazy)!

Your three stock portfolio has outperformed the S&P 500 (http://cchart.yahoo.com/z?s=fd&c=kkd,tivo,^spx&a=v&p=s&t=6m&l=on&z=m&q=l&) quite handily. It was higher in early July, but Tivo has come off a bit since then.
