Did everyone know about these but me?

Yesterday when I was in our huge and varied Japanese grocery store, I was looking for graham crackers and found SkyFlakes instead. I was sucked in by the cool looking tin.

I got 'em home and gave 'em a go and wow! They are delicious!! Nothing fancy - more substantial than saltines and just a fine, fine taste in a very cool looking tin. Why didn't anyone ever tell me about these? What else are you holding out on me about????

The Northwest is a fabulous place to live but there are some food items that are totally missing or very scarce (cloverbee knows how hard it is to live without pimento cheese.) But we also do not have regular old graham crackers. Oh we have honey grahams and cinaman grahams and probably garlic and sun dried tomato grahams but no regular old red box Nabisco Graham Crackers. Isn't that wrong?
