My buddy, Kenny the IT guy, is out for two months and his temporary replacement has a tendancy to speak without thinking. Plus, it appears, she rarely hears she says... Mike just came over to tell her that his laptop now has a continual blue screen and can she please help. She told him flat out with a straight face and zero irony:

"The thing about blue screens is that sometimes they disappear and sometimes they don't."
