Somehow a bag of 'healthy' chips landed in my cart on my last Costco run. They are Stacey's baked pita chips. I hate to say this, but they are excellent. Really excellent. I've been nibbling on them for several days now and they are still good. Tonight, I balanced the healthy party with a nice, creamy brie and some sliced up gherkins. For dessert, we're having Ben & Jerry's Heath Bar Crunch. I say 'we' because I may have two helpings. Or, rather, I may not get up and put the carton back in the freezer when I should....

It seems like the only thing on TV recently is news and talk shows featuring weight loss. If anyone is wonder where the lost weight is going, you can just check my ass.
