When did David Sequi go back to Baltimore???

I know many of you - probably most of you - aren't big baseball fans. But some of you who aren't are the sort to appreciate a fine male speciman, right? Well, trust me, David Sequi is a hunk and a half. He's a first baseman who used to play for Seattle. Our current first baseman is actually more talented but not as pretty. Anyway....

So today I'm in the car on the way home from the drug store when the phone rings. I pull over (I am seriously not coordinated enough to drive and even think at the same time). It's Sherry and Lee from downstairs who are supposed to be in Yakima at Sherry's folks house (I'm in charge of their cats). But, turns out they are on First Avenue trying to get out of town but now are screaching

"David Sequi is on the corner of 1st and Jackson!!!!" What they didn't know but I did was that he owns a condo in that block (kitty cornered from us). The resident mailbox is on my way to the post office and so I keep an eye on it to make sure he's still listed.

Sherry and Lee were quite exicted and reported that he still looks beautiful. Now, you know he's a looker when two lesbians are having a fit over him. None of us could remember who's he's playing for but I figured it has to be Baltimore or he was unemployed.

I came home and looked it up and sure enough, he's on the disabled list (broken thunb) of Baltimore's roster. Why didn't I find that out when we played Balimore in July?? Wonder if he wants to just come on over here and watch the game on TV with me?
