Recurring Spam subjects - my two most favorite ones right now are:

"This is the 5th email I've sent you" - never the 4th or the 7th - always the 5th. I get this one about 3 times a day now.

"You left your jacket" - the last time I wore a jacket was about 4 months ago and I have it here. This one was big as in 3 or 4 a day a couple of weeks ago. It's dwindling now. I've only gotten 1 so far today.
