Nothing remarkable

Just a nice, lovely, day. I went to Home Depot and found some bits and pieces to fashion pole holders for the terrace (to replace the duck tape that has been holding my wind spinners up for many many months but it looks like crap) and for $6 made some pretty good holders.

I did not vote yet. But the day isn't over.

Remember my right foot and ankle that were swollen all Summer? Well, cool weather has done the trick they are now perfectly normal size. Thank you very much. Hot weather - ugh.

I am going over to my Chinese place and get beef kao pung for dinner before the baseball game.

Right now I'm working on the jigsaw puzzle of an Attendant statue from a photo my brother took in Hong Kong last month.

Oh and speaking of brother. He got to Mom's. He's taking his wife home tomorrow. And, so far, all reports are good.
