Last weekend I posted a photo of a mosaic. Here is the context. On the left are the actual steps. They are part of a landing at the top of an elevator.The elevator takes you from the waterfront street level up the hill to the base of downtown. See just below (the lower right)? That landing up there with the circular railing is where the steps take you. The lower left is the view from that landing. Seattle has lots and lots of neat little bits and pieces of public art.It seems I'm always stumbling over something very cool but these steps are one of my favorites.
