Animal Cruelty?

When someone (human animal in this case) orders a new toy, is there anything more cruel than making that someone charge the damn thing for 3 hours before they can even touch it????? Who made up that rule?

And, as expected, I am getting lots of notes from Mom today punctuated with monkeys doing things. It is cracking me up.
