What a great day!

susandennisI had a lot of errands to do before I picked up my friend Patty. We had tickets to the Seattle Men's Chorus concert at 2 p.m. I found every single thing I needed - which never happens - easily. Plus some extra stuff I didn't know I needed!
Then we went to the concert. First of all the Seattle Men's Chorus is wonderful. I have never been to one of their concerts that was a dud. But they truly outdid themselves this time.
It was an ABBA concert and it was just better than fabulous. I'm always amazed when 300 men - all volunteers - can see together and I can understand every word. But these guys dance and carry on and do it beautifully. And today's show had some wonderful touches. But nothing can compare to the grand finale - a blow out of Dancing Queen! Dancing queens doing Dancing Queen complete with disco balls, dancing scarves and the whole nine yards - I never wanted it to end.
Patty and I both agreed we'd love to sit through it all over again from the top. It was just the very very best.
