The CFO (who's Kenny's bosses boss) gave Kenny for Christmas 20 $1 lottery tickets. I asked Kenny if he was a big lottery fan and he said he had never had a lottery ticket in his life. He's a bit confused by the gift and I'm scratchin my head myself. And, of course, neither of us have a clue how to read them, how to find out if he won, when to find out if he won - we are lottery bimbos. But, apparently, he has a friend who has a PhD in lottery.
So far, by my count, there are 6 of us here at work today. Quiet doesn't quiet cover it. I cannot imagine that my staying very long is going to benefit anyone.
I did get in a nice walk this morning - it was very chilly but I didn't run into any ice. I took the southern route this morning - not the waterfront. The Krispy Kreme building is coming along quite nicely.
My prayers go out to everyone on a help line today.
