Jake is always the first one to my TV chair. If I have run him off to sit in it, then get up to go pee or something, he's right back in it. It's a game we play continually. But, now I've found out that it's not me, apparently... it's my knitting.

I finished another afghan this weekend. I draped it over the couch for a photo and the minute I finished, Jake jumped up there and plopped right on it. And, except when we went to bed last night, he's been there ever since. He gets up now and again for one thing or another, but goes right back. He has not been in my chair since. He's whacko. He's also going to be SOL next weekend because I'm going to take the new afghan with the other recent ones to their future owners.

A couple of weeks ago, I got a catalog from a place I'd never bought from before. It's kind of up scale fat lady clothes. They had a pair of jeans that looked wonderful. Not too cheap and their return policy kind of sucks. But, I went to their website and investigated. Their website isn't too cool either. Their shipping and handling charges are not cheap. But, these jeans looked really good. So I ordered them. 2 pair.

One lousy confirmation email. No tracking number. No speed. I just knew when those suckers got here I was going to regret the whole purchase. WRONG. They arrived today and they are fabulous and they fit perfectly and I love them. They have big, wide legs for lots of air circulation. I'm still not happy with the company but I do love these jeans.

I don't know that I can stand six more months of political advertisements. This is Susan Dennis and I approve of this message.
