Teddy Bear Pancakes

Nearly every morning, I go down to the cafe downstairs here at work and get a little breakfast. They have a huge variety of breakfast choices. Usually, if the cantelope looks ripe, I get a cup of cut up cantelope with a sausage link. But, sometimes I get french toast or a pancake. Today was a pancake day and there, right on top, was a teddy bear pancake!!! Isn't it adorable?? The other pancakes were plain. Mine was special.

And speaking of food. I think I'm gong to go by the deli on my way home this afternoon and see if they are still there and if I can talk them into saving me a General Tso's chicken on Friday. I'm sure if I can make them understand what I want, they would be happy to do it. But, my Korean sucks. So we'll see. The real trick would be to set it up so I call them and they save it (or any other lunch) for me... hmmmm

The library has my first hold book ready for pickup. There are a couple of others that should be ready tomorrow so I think I'll wait until on the way home tomorrow to get them. I'm still wallowing in Princess Diana's Butler's drivel. I had been pretty sure that once I got into it, I'd get bored and give up on it. Not so. I love the dish.
