Mom and her Tivo ... again

Mom has yet another Tivo problem. She loves the thing so much and gets so much joy out of it when it's working right. But, when she has a problem with it, I really wish she'd never heard of it. I'm pretty sure she caused the current problem herself. I tried troubleshooting from here at work - trying to remember the screens and how to do stuff. No luck. We'll have to wait until I get home and can follow along on my TV.

She has to be able to get her tennis tournaments. The current one is not so critical since all her favs are out of the running. But, we're looking down the nose of Wimbledon and not being able to watch that on her bedroom TV is not an option.

Please, please, let me get home tonight and figure it out quickly and easily.
