Major Change O' Plans

Remember a week or so ago I was bitching and moaning because I was being forced to give up 2 days' pay when they moved our offices? Well, now they have turned it into an overnight move. I got to old building on Thursday and new building on Friday - no days missed. Great, right?

Wrong! I had totally grown into the two days off thing! I was going to use the days to get my new Tivo all set up and incorporated into the mix and go out to lunch with my friend, Susan, and get Kung Pao Chicken fresh on Friday when I went in at lunchtime to suprise the wonderful Korean ladies....

And now... nope. I could easily get the day off - even both. All I'd have to do is ask. And lose 8 hours each day in pay. I don't think so. I need to pay for that new Tivo!

Oh well... According to the UPS website, the new Tivo was delivered 2 hours ago and signed for by the building manager. Guess I'll go home this aft and get to work on it. I just need to make sure I get the next episode of The 4400 recorded (which I think is tonight) and I don't miss JeoparKendy.
