What a nice Sunday

susandennisI did my morning walk today listening to Dory Previn's Mythical Kings and Iguanas. I so remember why I loved her music way back when. She describes my life then. It is kind of a tortured/fond memory to listen to it now. And I got pictures as usual. 
Then I came home and did the laundry while I was solving the label problem and the rest of the day just got by me all together. Oh. I finished up the web page for my brother - a list of links to tools and toys that he will need to fix Mom's computer. I've been meaning to collect all the stuff onto a web page for a while now and it's nearly done. I have the Mom part completed. I have some more tools to add for me.
I also got onto her computer and cleaned up her email - 40 gazillion emails from the NY Times - gone. As well as those from JJill and the Mayo Clinic.
And then I just pissed away the rest of the day. I left for Kieran's party early so I could stop by the grocery store. I am going to need to get gas here some day. Probably I have enough to last me until about February but then I am going to have to buy more. But, the pantry is nice and full for now.
The party was fun. A really nice and fun mix of people. Good food. And no Christmas music or decorations. It was just nice. Kieran and Alan leave at 1 tomorrow - non-stop from Seattle to Amsterdam. I still can't believe they throw a party the night before they leave. But it was good and it was fun and I'm sure glad they did.
