Ok, I am getting used to the idea of spending money. I think I just cleared a major hurdle.

I just spent $283 on a piece of furniture to hold the litter box. I did. I swear. I cannot even believe it.

It's Canadian, but the $283 are American. (And, I don't even know what the exchange rate is these days so that might not be a good thing anyway...)

Here it is...

I won't use two litter boxes but one big one and probably pull out that back panel and use the space to house scoop, etc. Oh and I got it painted white (Sheri said to).

It's going in the back room (or front room - the one by the door where the nook is) and Sheri says the front of it looks a lot like the design of the front of the daybed drawers under the nook. And we can make a nice bench pad for the top out of some yummy fabric...

$283 for a litter box. I cannot believe it.
