I cannot believe how stupid I am

Who's arm has been sore for two weeks? From something she did to it hauling or moving or lifting or something? Who has been trying to make it better and just last night swore with new resolve that she would do what it takes to make it heal?
Who then, today, spends an hour in hard labor, with her right arm, poking and pulling and lifting and unscrewing shelves????? If it weren't for the fucking screwdriver battery dying and forcing me to take a break, I'd have probably just worked the arm until it snapped right the fuck off.
I cannot believe it. Door knobs have more sense than I do. Fuck. When I stopped working to let the battery recharge, I noticed my arm kind of hurt more. And in no time, it was really really sore. I just spent 20 minutes with ice on it and now have one of those bands for tennis elbow on it. It feels better but it's still a mess - I could not brush my teeth now if I wanted to. Geesh, what an idiot.
I still have more shelves to take down but only 6 out of the original 32. Those 6 will wait maybe until the night before the painter comes. Holey crap.
