susandennisJust as I posted that last entry, my pants rang. Erica was most willing. She'd be happy to review the condo policy next to my current policy and let me know. She gave me her email address and I shipped it off.
And, turns out, they do have a nice little website - nothing fancy - and pretty much hidden from Google, but otherwise perfectly fine. Mea Culpa.
Edit: She just called back and said I was in compliance except for one piece which she would fix and that I probably needed to up my coverage which will cost me another $20 a year. And she could not have been more nice or more efficient. Wow. Just shows to go ya, as my Mom would say.
